About the Owner: Backhoebob Who's Backhoebob? Backhoebob has been in business since 1974; yes 1974! Being from a background of running a fairly good sized business Backhoebob knows how to get the job done. He realizes that when working on your particular job that you want the craftsmanship of a professional; yet have the personal touch that you expect from anyone. What services does he provide? Backhoebob provides many great services please contact us at backhoebob@backhoebob.net to see if we can do the work that you want done! How fair is his pricing? Unlike others who advertise greatly; Backhoebob's pricing is very fair and is showcased when the work is being done and even after. Backhoebob's prices vary by the time of the job (meaning if it's one day or multiple days) and also what kind of machine needed (he has a large machine, a medium size and a small one). Usually Backhoebob figures a job by visiting the jobsite and talking with the homeowners or customers to find out what they want to accomplish in the job and give them his opinions. But don't worry you don't have to read a major book to understand excavation. We are happy that Backhoebob explains to his customers exactly what he wants to do; and communicates any changes or any problems that arise during the job. Would you recomend him? Silly question; but yes I would. I've seen several guys do work fairly cheep in our area. I'm not lying by saying that they do better work than us because they don't. We here at Backhoebob know that these people who seem to be "cheap" aren't. They end up costing YOU, the homeowner or customer more than you bargin for. If we seem to expensive then maybe you should see the catch that the others are trying to pull; we don't cut corners to finish a job; we do whatever it takes to finish it right the first time! We will attempt at seeing how reasonable these areas are. Northern New Jersey seems to be where Backhoebob wants to keep the bulk of his work. No plans on expanding this region at this time. Where's his major work area? He usually works in either Morris, Essex or Passaic Counties. He's very flexable and attempts to work where he feels like he can.
